Final Blog  This is it everyone, we are in the  home stretch!  Another week, another blog post. To quote Nacho Libre, "So anyways, let's get down to the nitty-gritty."  The Relationship between SAMR and TLC      The relationship between SAMR and TLC (Teaching, Learning, Communicating) is important because they work well together in education. From Dr. Gus's video and the articles I've read, I see that SAMR fits closely with the learning part of TLC. In simple terms, TLC is a broader framework that includes SAMR.The main point is that SAMR focuses on student learning.       This idea should resonate with most educators since our goal is to improve our students' learning experiences. In the last post, I had shared that I was only aware of a few and hadn't gone super in-depth with their capabilities. However, I am circling back to review the list with the various tools provided, so I can take a closer look at how I can incorporate them into my own classroom.  Well, hello there,  Let's jump right in, shall we? The second week has been an eye-opener regarding the various teaching tools available. I was only aware of a few, such as Canva, Newsela, and Padlet. I've utilized Wix and other platforms such as the ones I mentioned previously. However, the only tool I utilized during my time as a long-term sub is Newsela. I used Newsela to derive content for the different units focused on World History and A.P. World History. However, the site I plan to utilize in the classroom, as well as for my projects in this course, is Magic School AI. I started playing around with the site and realized how neat it is.
